Unless otherwise stated as a pre-order, backorder, or retreat, all orders will be shipped out within 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends)

State of Gratitude is responsible for bringing the completed order to the designated carrier of customer choice, and using the service speed requested by the customer. Once ownership is transferred from State of Gratitude to Postal Service, State of Gratitude is no longer liable for the order, it becomes the responsibility of the service. 

State of Gratitude is under no obligation, nor liable, to replace lost or stolen packages.
