What is your return policy? 

-Due to the nature of the individuals and groups we support, we do not offer refunds, only exchanges, or store credit. 

My bracelet wrap broke! What can I do?

-Email usbb Keep the link that reads STATE OF GRATITUDE on it. Ship the link to us and in the email us and let us know what happened, proof of purchase, and follow up with tracking information with the link on its way to us and we will provide you with a new wrap, so long as it has been less than a year since the date of purchase. 

We want to make products that you feel proud, confident, and grateful in. So it’s important that your wrap stays intact. 

We will not guarantee or exchange broken wraps that are worn as anklets. Wrap is not made to be exposed to thts much friction over long periods of timex 

What size is most appropriate for me? 

-See our Sizing Chart for detailed measurements. 

What about Shipping? 

- We currently offer free shipping within the USA (First Class) on orders over $100. Priority is an extra $7.50. Express shipping via UPS is also available as well. Shipping internationally is available buyer pays. 

-Unless written that the item is available for pre-order, all orders will be shipped out within 48 hours (Monday-Saturday).

Are there fees associated with my return? 

-Yes, there is a restock fee of $20 wherever applicable. And shipping is deducted from refund.
