What’s your return policy?
Because of the mission behind State of Gratitude — supporting second chances and building stability for individuals in recovery — we don’t offer refunds. Instead, we happily provide exchanges or store credit.

Every purchase goes right back into our purpose. By choosing exchange or credit over refunds, you’re helping us continue to spread gratitude, create opportunity, and keep our community moving forward. 💛

My Intention Wrap broke! What can I do?

Email us! Defective merchandise is always covered — we’ll replace it right away. Just be sure to keep the pieces and include a photo in your email so we have documentation.

Defective wraps are defined as bracelets that were not tied correctly or that break almost immediately after being put on for the first time. Occasionally, thread may be slightly inconsistent, or tension might be too high. While this doesn’t happen often, it can happen — and if it does, we’ll make it right.

My dog/cat accidentally tugged on it and it broke. Is this covered?

Unfortunately, no — we cannot replace wraps that break due to external accidents or regular wear and tear. Our guarantee covers defects in craftsmanship, not damage that happens after the wrap leaves our hands. We put great care into each piece, and providing unlimited free replacements would take away from our ability to focus on what matters most: creating meaningful products and supporting the community around us.

Can I wear my wrap as an anklet?

We don’t recommend it. The wrap is not designed for that much friction over long periods of time, so we do not guarantee or exchange wraps that are worn as anklets.

What size is most appropriate for me?

What about Shipping? 

- We currently offer free shipping within the contingent USA (UPS Ground) on orders over $150.  Express shipping via UPS is also available as well. Shipping internationally is available buyer pays. 

-Unless written that the item is available for pre-order, all orders will be shipped out within 48 hours (Monday-Saturday).

Are there fees associated with my return? 

-Yes, there is a restock fee of $20 wherever applicable. And shipping is deducted from refund.
